Ore Tub Train completed.

Russell on an Engineering Works Special

Today's steam up features my Roundhouse Russell. This is the first run since January earlier in the Year.

The Crew of the Guards Van were eager to get there to start painting.

This will be a fine mess they will get me into!.

New Rolling Stock for the OVLR

I went to the Llanfair Garden Railway show yesterday. On my shopping list I had A set of Binnie bogie bases. For quite a while now I have had some Aluminium food tubs that just cry out to be made into Ore tubs. This morning I set out making up the bogie bases and spraying them and the tubs mat grey. Once dry they were assembled and tested on the Overdale Valley Light Railway.
